| The Fishery is situated at Bontnewydd near Bronant in unspoilt countryside in a beautiful setting. Approximately 6 miles from Tregaron, 12 miles from Aberystwyth and 6 miles from the beach at Llanrhystud. It is open all the year around. There are three lakes which are all well stocked with top quality hard fighting rainbow and brown trout up to double figures in weight, as well as, innovatively, atlantic salmon up to eight pounds. The coarse fishing lake is stocked with tench and a large variety of carp, including black carp. Coarse fishing tackle & bait are available. Club competitions are catered for by arrangement. There is access for the disabled angler. 2 fish limit £14 any 4 hours Salmon catch and release 4 fish limit £22 3 fish limit £18 Course Lake Day Ticket Dawn until Dusk Adults £5 Juniors £3 Night fishing by arrangement Bed and Breakfast accommodation is available at a rate of £25 per person per night. Touring Caravans are also welcome at £8 per night. Camping is £5 per night. Facilities include: Large Washroom and W.C. Free tea and coffee making facilities for fishermen Weighing room, microwave & freezer facilities Free tuition for beginners Rod hire Selection of flies Refreshment available all day Organised parties welcome We can accommodate up to 6 people for bed and breakfast. Each room is furnished to a high standard including colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities. Each room overlooks the lakes. The area is perfect for walkers and bird-watchers- red kites can be seen here regularly.
