| Mid Wales Activity Centre is home to all sorts of things to do and see. Set in the beautiful hills around Strata Florida Abbey, Pontrhydfendigaid (Pronounced Pont-reed-fen-dee-guide) you can come along to watch the regular Teifi Stages set on a tarmac track through Dolebolion Farm where you are almost certain to see the thrills and spills of rallying! If you prefer two wheeled action then the trials bike scrambling track across the valley might be the ticket- lots of muck and lots of action!
The activity is not confined to wheeled and motorised only so horses are also welcome at Mid Wales Activity Centre! Non who operated the centre is a keen horse-man and enters endurance rides around the country and well as hosting them at the centre. Facilities are also available at the Activity Centre to allow you to take you horse companion on holiday with you. There is excellent accommodation a stone’s throw from the centre in various b&bs, hotels and self-catering units. The hills around Pontrhydfendigaid offer exceptional riding country and are often opened up for 10-15 mile toll rides which start at the Mid Wales Activity Centre.
